Anna, Owner
With over 20 years as a beauty executive, Anna joined Elli in making Salt-Hair a relaxing and professional environment for the community of Wake Forest. Starting her career in NYC, at Bumble and bumble where she ultimately became the Director of BbU. Design school, is where she fell in love with the industry. She has been on the ground floor of several successful haircare brands with roles in product development, sales and education. She migrated back to her home state of NC in 2010 and continued her career with hopes of finding a salon space to call home. Her passion for the stylists and their growth combined with expectations for exceptional customer service are what fills her heart. Outside of the salon Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and business partner, Steve, traveling to the beach and spending time with friends and family.

Ayda, Lead Front Desk Coordinator
Ayda, daughter of Elli, is a master organizer and planner. She is the heart of salon and keeps everything (and all of us) running smoothly and on time. When not in the salon, Ayda loves spending time with her dog Koa, going to the gym with her sisters and spending time on the lake.
Danielle, Tier 3 Stylist
Danielle relocated to Wake Forest from the west coast and loves it here. Highlights and vivids are her favorite. When not doing hair she loves hanging with her kids, baking, painting or playing music with her hubby.

Emma, Tier 1 Stylist and Social Media Coordinator
Emma is the daughter of our stylist, Elli. She has grown up around the hair industry with her mom since she was born. She is excited to bring her passion of creating beautiful hair to Wake Forest. She loves blonding and extensions. Emma enjoys the beach and going to the gym with her sisters Ayda and Myah.
Elli, Tier 4 Stylist
Elli is the heart of the salon. She has been in the Hair industry for over 20 years and Salt Hair is the 3rd Salon she has opened as an owner.
Elli loves hikes, warm weather, and spending time with her husband(Jeff) and 5 kids, Grant, Ayda, Emma, Myah, and Greta.

Emma, Tier 3 Stylist
Emma moved from Connecticut 3 years ago and has enjoyed exploring the area. She loves to travel, bake and hang out with her friends and family. Her favorite services include blonding, balayage and haircuts.

Erin, Tier 4 Stylist
As a hairstylist for over 16 years, Erin decided to step into her other passion, interior design, when moving to North Carolina from Michigan in 2019. After owning her own interior design business and a small stint in corporate America, Erin realized her true passion as a hair stylist never left her and now, she is back doing what she loves. When Erin isn’t working you can still find her revamping interior spaces in her own home and spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Kaleigh, Tier 3 Stylist
Kaleigh has been doing hair for over 7 years. She loves blonding, balayage and doing extensions. When Kaleigh is off work she loves to color, paint, read and to be outdoors with her German pointer.

Miranda, Tier 1 Stylist
Miranda is a hairstylist originally from Utah with over 7 years of experience. She loves blonding, creating dimensional lived-in looks, as well as precision cutting. Outside of the salon she loves traveling, exploring the outdoors and trying new hobbies.
Nataliia, Tier 4 Stylist
Nataliia has been in the cosmetology industry for over 20 years, with the first 10 in her native Ukraine. This fine hair specialist is also an expert in blonding, copper hues, doing balayage's and pixie's. She enjoys helping her clients to keep their hair healthy by analyzing their needs and recommending the best professional products, ensuring they can recreate her work while keeping the integrity of the hair.
When she is not working, Nataliia loves exploring destinations around the world.

Taylor is an outgoing and charismatic individual who is always willing to chat. Although originally from West Palm Beach, she has called NC home since she was 12 years old. She enjoys all things blonding and lived in color. During her spare time she loves to workout and explore different types of cuisines.
