Elli is the heart of the salon. She has been in the Hair industry for over 20 years and Salt Hair is the 3rd Salon she has opened as an owner.

Elli loves hikes, warm weather, and spending time with her husband(Jeff) and 5 kids, Grant, Ayda, Emma, Myah, and Greta. 

Emma moved from Connecticut 3 years ago and has enjoyed exploring the area. She loves to travel, bake and hang out with her friends and family. Her favorite services include blonding, balayage and haircuts.

Kaleigh has been doing hair for over 7 years.  She loves blonding, balayage and doing extensions. When Kaleigh is off work she loves to color, paint, read and to be outdoors with her German pointer.

Danielle relocated to Wake Forest from the west coast and loves it here. Highlights and vivids are her favorite.  When not doing hair she loves hanging with her kids, baking, painting or playing music with her hubby.

Allyson is a 10+ year veteran of the hair industry. She really loves color corrections, curly clients and blonding. Allyson was born and raised in Ft. Laurderdale, FL and really enjoys music.

Heather is originally from Pennsylvania and now calls Wake Forest home. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, Pilates and road trips with her 10 year old son, Alex.  Professionally she enjoys blonding, balayage and extensions. 

Lauren is a native to the area and a welcome addition to the Salt Team.  Recently married, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs while soaking up all the summer has to offer.  She loves blonding, balayage and creating custom color with root smudges and melts.

Victoria has been doing hair for 10+ years. She loves doing all services and hair types.

When she's not at Salt, she loves spending time with her son, Nehemiah. She also enjoys reading, sewing and fishing.

Nataliia has been in the cosmetology industry for over 20 years, the first 10 in her native Ukraine. She enjoys haircuts, foiling and updo's.

When she is not working, Nataliia's hobbies include traveling with her family and taking care of her flowers. 

As a hairstylist for over 16 years, Erin decided to step into her other passion, interior design, when moving to North Carolina from Michigan in 2019.  After owning her own interior design business and a small stint in corporate America, Erin realized her true passion as a hair stylist never left her and now, she is back doing what she loves.  When Erin isn’t working you can still find her revamping interior spaces in her own home and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
